How Do you Recenter in the Middle of a Busy Day?

Simply taking a moment during a busy day to re-balance, re-center and re-focus… 

It is much easier when you are by the beach but not as simple when you are in a busy city and your day is filled with your work and routine… However a moment for ourselves to breathe again during our busy lives is crucial. What do you do to feel centered again?  

 

🔸 Make a daily note on your calendar to breathe and sit in silence for a couple of minutes! 

🔸Practise breathing.  Create time for it in the morning, during the day or even at night before falling asleep. This may not be the best time but still it is better to breathe mindfully than not breathe properly at all! 

🔸Music may help to disconnect from the hustle and bustle around us

🔸A good book is always great to disconnect from the world around us 

🔸Journal your thoughts and feelings 

Remind yourself every so often simply to be, to feel grounded and recentered before you return to your day.
