PILATES
Pilates Fusion is a mixture of dynamic Pilates, Barre movements, strength, stretch and mobility exercises that have come together through Sabrina’s own practise. It is an overall body workout focusing on lean muscles and functional joints with good range of movement.
In her teaching as well as her own movement, Sabrina focuses on precision, control and combination of breath and movement. She aims at lengthening and strengthening exercises as well as improving balance. Her exercises include a lot of isometric movements resulting in a deep burn and sculpting. Clients leave the session feeling strong and taller.
Sabrina’s teaching style is dynamic and challenging yet also supportive and fun. Her energetic personality shines through her teaching. She aims at building life-long healthy fitness habits for her clients.

Pilates was developed by the German trainer, Joseph Pilates in the 20th century. He called it “Contrology”. Pilates is a form of exercise concentrating on strengthening the body with a focus on core strength. Pilates is a low impact exercise that improves postural alignment and flexibility.

Small group classes in an intimate setting where you will receive hands-on adjustments. The classes are dynamic full body Pilates sessions in true ‘Pilates Fusion by Sabrina’ style mixing Barre movements among others. Exercises are mainly body weight however small props such as bands and light weights are included. The group classes are great for that community feeling that is energising and motivating. Expect fun variations, high energy and leave feeling stronger and taller!
