Strength training are physical exercises that aim to improve strength and endurance. Strength training can increase muscle mass, reduce body fat and burn calories. It involves weights, machines, TRX and other equipment.

Strength training also includes mobility exercises, functional movements and stretches as well as cardio exercises. Sessions can include cardio bursts from low to higher impact and HIIT exercises, all depending on client’s goals and demands.
