TRANSFORM YOUR PELVIC FLOOR WITH PILATES

Ladies - this workshop is for you… The workshop will be held on 21st of April, in a beautiful historic location in the heart of Hampstead. It will be all about the PELVIC FLOOR.

We will learn about:

▪️the anatomy and the functions of the pelvic floor

▪️issues and dysfunctions of the pelvic floor particularly but not limited to post-childbirth

▪️how Pilates can help - we will learn specific exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and core muscles

▪️a little “AMAZAKE” tasting at the end of the session by Yuzu Consulting www.yuzuconsulting.net (Amazake is a super drink made from fermented rice)

🔺Leaking after coughing/ sneezing/ jumping or whilst running, is more common in women than we realise. But this doesn’t mean it should happen nor does it mean it can’t be improved

🔺It can happen post childbirth but also during peri-menopause and menopause

🔺It can impact the quality of life in multiple ways
